The work includes the following major items: Fire Pump Building: Selective Demolition of existing pavement and irrigation systems to be modified. New fire pump building and associated equipment. New 30,000-gal fiberglass holding tank-buried below fire pump building. New concrete pad with concrete filled bollards. Blue Hernon and Visitors Center Buildings: New mechanical chases and interior finishes at new water line penetrations. New doors, windows, and hardware. Demolition of existing, and installation of new experior siding to be primed and painted. Demolition and reconfiguration of existing restroom rough-ins to construct new layouts.
