Project Description: South Coastal Library HVAC Replacements

The project generally consists of all labor, materials, equipment and services required for disconnecting and removing AHU 1 & 2 and CU 1 & 2, along with piping and ductwork indicated to be demolished in the contract documents. Sussex County will provide the new AHU 1 & 2 and CU 1 & 2 as scheduled, to be installed by the contractor. Contractor shall furnish and install all other equipment, piping and ductwork as shown in the contract documents.
