Description: INVITATION TO BIDROOF REPLACEMENT AT FRETTERD CENTERRFP# CCDRP2025-03 The County Commissioners of Caroline County are accepting bids (written quotes) for the roof replacement at Fretterd Center (offices of Caroline County Recreation & Parks) located at 107 S. Fourth Street, Denton, MD 21629.  The scope of this contract includes, but is not limited to: Remove all existing asphalt shingles completely from the entire building, down to the structural deck, approximately 55 squares. (Contractor responsible for providing dumpsters and tip fees) Inspect the deck and submit an inspection report.
