Description: The proposed work includes: Sidewalks, closed drainage, parking, pedestrian lighting, signage, and reconstruction of the roadway. The projects will extend from Fifth Street and High Street to Beckett, to Fourth Street and Market, down Market Street to Front Street, and down Front Street to Windsor Harbor. All bidders submitting a bid must attend the Pre-Bid Meeting to be held at the Jefferson County Annex building located at 725 Maple Street, Hillsboro, MO 63050, in Conference Room 206, starting at 2:00 o’clock P.M. on April 1st, 2026. The listed Project Manager from the Jefferson County Department of Public Works shall hold the Pre-Bid Meeting to allow all bidders to view the county provided materials and inquire about and identify any variables associated with the project.
