City: Yorba Linda County: Orange State/Province: CA Request DetailsClosing Date: Thu, 10/30/2025 04:00 PM PDT Request DescriptionRequest Category Code: Appraisal & Acquisition Services Description: The Savi Ranch Parkway Widening Project will improve overall circulation through the addition of a third turn lane from Savi Ranch Parkway onto Yorba Linda Boulevard. As part of the project, roadway modifications on Savi Ranch Parkway between Yorba Linda Boulevard and Mirage Street will be implemented to alleviate short weaving movements along this roadway segment.
The Connect Savi Ranch Project is the Active Transportation Program (ATP) component of the City’s larger Savi Ranch Parkway Improvement Project. The Connect Savi Ranch Project will provide connectivity via multi-use pathways and bikeways to the Santa Ana River Trail and nearby Yorba Regional Park.
To accommodate the widening and proposed improvements, permanent Right-of-Way acquisition from adjacent businesses as well as temporary construction easements for the duration of construction will be required. The project R/W needs are identified on the appendices included in the RFP.
This project is partially funded through a Complete Streets Program grant. Thus, Federal guidelines for procurement must be followed per Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM) Chapter 10 and Chapter 13. Per the Caltrans LAPM, ROW activities may formally begin once NEPA environmental clearance has been obtained. The City currently anticipates environmental clearance to be achieved by December 2025.
