Description: James City County, Virginia (“the County”) is requesting proposals from qualified, interested parties to work with county staff to lead a reorganization effort to update the Zoning Ordinance. Consultants are invited to submit a proposal which includes an outline of their experience and qualifications in performing work directly related to the services that are selected by the offeror Due Date: April 2, 2025 - NO LATER THAN 2:00 p.m. local time Submit: All proposals must be submitted electronically via DemandStar.
