Notes	The University requests proposals for a storage solution providing reliable storage to the University at an affordable price for our Backup storage service and for our Application storage service. The Backup Storage Service will be a no frills space to meet the backup needs of multiple departments and colleges. The Application Storage Service will be a replicated and snapshotted space for supporting applications with primarily random access patterns. It is expected that both services will use separate hardware but the same software so that only one skill set will be needed to manage both services. Respondents are prohibited from contacting the identified department about this RFP while in process. Before submitting questions about the RFP via the Questions Tab, read and review the Supplier Process and Information Attachment and ALL Attributes in the Attributes Tab, especially Background and Project Summary/Scope of Work. These provide valuable information and address frequently asked questions. Remember to submit your response, including attachments, early to allow time to correct errors. The submission deadline is a hard close. The system will reject responses with errors and will NOT allow late submissions.
