• Motor Specification: Servo motor

• IP65 rated Electric mechanical led screen housed in a mobile cabinet on wheels

• Vendor will provide specifications for electrical connection and video connections

• LED screen must to able to accept a HDMI connection and contain a media player

LED Video Processor requirements:

- minimum spec is NovaStar VX400 S-N or NovaStar CMS260 with at least one SDI video

inputs and two HDMI inputs.

Scoreboard Control Software and Computer requirements

• Ability to display, pace clock, advertising images or video

• integrate with swim timing system to display swim timing information on scoreboard.

Timing System - Either a Colorado Gen7 Sports timing system, Superior Swim Timing system,

Alge Timing System, or Omega Swim timing system

• Harness for 8 Lane pool

• 10 plungers or buttons for backup times

• Starting Device with Strobe, Speaker and Microphone with Tripod

• Two cables for the starting Device

• Ten 78” gutter hung touchpads with gutter adaptors

• Touchpad cart for hanging and storing ten touchpads

• Two interface cables from timing system to Scoreboard

• Two Interface cables from timing system to Meet Management computer

• Control computer for timing system

o minimum specs:

To be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Bid for Scoreboard and Timing System” to the

Mayor of the City of Lima, attention Purchasing Department, Municipal Center, 50 Town

Square, Lima, Ohio before 10:00 AM, Lima Time, on Wednesday, January 7, 2026. Outside

of the envelope not being properly marked may result in bid not being received by the

Purchasing Department before the deadline and could result in the bid being disqualified.

Please complete all forms including the bid specifications. Forms not being filled out

correctly and/or completely may result in bid being disqualified.

The undersigned proposed to furnish the products at the price indicated below and in accordance

with the specifications on file in the office of the Purchasing Division of the City of Lima, Ohio.
