Description: The Town of Cheshire is accepting proposals from responsible qualified design professionals for architectural and engineering services associated with the Design for partially replacing the roof at the Cheshire Police Headquarters. The Town will receive Proposals for DESIGN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, CHESHIRE POLICE HEADQUARTERS PARTIAL ROOF REPLACEMENT, until 1:00 PM on February 26, 2026 at the office of Cheshire Public Works Room 213, Cheshire Town Hall, 84 South Main Street, Cheshire, Connecticut 06410. At that time, proposals will be acknowledged in public. The Town of Cheshire reserves the right to amend or terminate this Request for Proposal, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the firm that, in the Town's sole discretion and judgment, will be in the Town's best interests.
