CITY OF WILLIAMSPORT 2025 STREET RECONSTRUCTION

April 25, 2025

The City of Williamsport, proposes to use a recently approved Community Development Block Grant to reconstruction several streets across the city. The following narrative outlines the major responsibilities of the proposers. These responsibilities include the entire project from design to final inspection. It should be recognized by all proposers that the Scope of Services included herewith might exclude some minor, incidental responsibilities not currently identifiable.

Quotations shall include the attached "Standard Engineering Estimate" and be submitted to:

All quotations shall be sealed and clearly marked on the outside, "2025 CDBG Street Reconstruction Engineering Services Quotation," and must be received by 10:00 AM, prevailing time May 14, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened at the City Engineer’s office.

*** Please note under the Project Design section in the RFQ,  street reconstruction engineering and design work may not include certain pieces such as plan sets and profiles.  Only the work necessary to create a complete bid package to solicit competitive bids should be included in your quote.***
