Description: Idaho Falls Power (IFP) hereby solicits Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms interested in providing professional power-related engineering services associated with WECC compliance testing and technical apparatus support. This solicitation is issued pursuant to Idaho Code § 67-2320(2)(h)–(i). SOQs will be evaluated by IFP personnel, and one (1) firm will be selected as the most qualified respondent. IFP anticipates entering into a professional services agreement with the selected firm for the current WECC testing cycle, with optional renewal for subsequent testing cycles, subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
