CITY OF SANDUSKYNOTICE TO BIDDERSSealed bids will be received by the City of Sandusky, at the Department of Public Works and shall beaddressed to the Director of Public Works at 240 Columbus Ave, Sandusky, Ohio 44870, until 1:30pm onThursday, December 18, 2025, and will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter, forfurnishing the material and performing the labor for the execution of:2025 Demolition Package 2The Engineer’s Estimate for this work is $35,980.00.A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will take place on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 10:00am. Meet on siteat 810 Franklin Street.Copies of the Bid Documents may be sent electronically at NO CHARGE upon email request to the emailbelow. If a hard copy of the bid book is preferred, requests must be made in writing so that a book maybe produced within 24 hours at a cost of $50.00. The purchaser shall bare all shipping costs or makearrangements to pick up documents. The successful bidder shall be required to pay wages equalto or exceeding the minimum wages as currently published by the US Department of Labor and HUD-4010, Federal Labor Standard Provisions.This project is receiving federal assistance and subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA)requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (“IIJA”), Pub. L. 177-58.
