If you are not already prequalified with Louisville Water, you must do a Contractor prequalification application instead. Please see it on this portal. Contractors can apply for prequalification category upgrade at any time, however, if a bid/RFP requires prequalification you must be prequalified by the bid submittal date or as indicated in the bid/RFP request.
