RFP26-004 PARTIAL ROOF REPLACEMENT DESIGN SERVICES - NIKISKI MIDDLE HIGH SCHOOL & SKYVIEW MIDDLE SCHOOL The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to provide professional engineering (all disciplines) services. To include design, estimating & construction administration services for the purpose of developing design, estimates and bid documents in support of completing partial roof replacement at Nikiski Middle High School, 52275 Education Dr., Nikiski, AK 99611 and at Skyview Middle School, 46188 Sterling Hwy, Soldotna, AK 99669. A pre-proposal conference will be held via Zoom Conference on October 7, 2025 at 1:00 PM. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.
