Summary

This project is to provide normal routine and preventive maintenance for Elevator service and repair for the City of Pontiac Facilities.

In addition to the routine maintenance of these systems, the Contractor shall respond to and be at the scene of all emergency service calls as placed by the Owner or his designated representative. Emergency requests for service shall be defined as any hazardous condition (e.g., trapped passengers, hoist way door sprung open, or similar occurrences).
