Project Description: The City of Dallas (hereinafter referred to as “City”) invites you to participate in their requests for competitive sealed proposals (RFCSP) for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) administration services. The City is leveraging this RFCSP as an opportunity to understand strategic direction of selected carriers in the market to evaluate the organization best positioned to partner with them.
The City of Dallas is requesting competitive sealed proposals for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) 5-year contract with one or more staffing agencies in fulfilling the City’s talent and staffing needs. An ID/IQ term agreement is established when quantities of goods or services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Goods or services shall be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement.
