Eleven (11) of the 16 units should be ADA Compliant Units and five (5) should be single units. This number may fluctuate, and locations may be added, changed, or removed.
BackgroundAny damaged units that need repair or replacement due to weather is the vendor’s responsibility at their expense. Also, general wear and tear, along with vandalism, will be the vendor’s responsibility to repair or replace at their expense.
- All units must be cleaned twice a week during off peak season, November through February. The service days will be Mondays and Fridays.
- All units must be cleaned three times a week during our peak season, March through October. The service days will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
In the event of a county emergency or severe weather event, it is the vendor’s responsibility to secure all units to an appropriately secure location. At the time of notification, the vendor will have a 24-hour window for complete removal of all units. This service will be completed at the vendor's expense. The county reserves the right to request additional units, if needed, for a county emergency or severe weather event. In this case, the vendor will have a 1-48-hour notice.
