The Camden County Commission is accepting bids for sign material. The bid must remain in effect

January 1, 2026 until December 31, 2026. For Bid specifications please contact E911 Mapping (573)

317-6106.

Sealed bids must be in the hands of Rowland A. Todd, County Clerk, by 10:00 AM, December 04,

2025. One original and four (4) copies of the bid must be submitted to the following address:

The outer envelope shall be marked in the lower left hand corner “251204 SIGN MATERIAL BID”

The successful bidder will be obligated to enter into an agreement/contract with Camden County,

which will be provided by the bidder.

The Camden County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids submitted. The

Camden County Commission has the right to accept the best and lowest bid submitted.
