Description: Lake County, Colorado (hereafter the "County") is soliciting proposals from qualified parties to finance, build, manage, and operate aircraft hangars at the Leadville - Lake County Airport ("Airport"), located in Leadville, Colorado. The County is offering parcels of land to be leased in accordance with the Standard Airport Ground Lease Agreement (“Lease”), and all other provisions of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), to be developed for aeronautical use in alignment with the Airport Master Plan, Strategic Plan, Minimum Standards, and other guiding documents.
