Sealed bids will be received by the Town of West New York, 428 60th Street, West New York, NJ 07093 in the County of Hudson and State of New Jersey on August 4, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, and then publicly opened and read aloud for:

WEST NEW YORK RECREATION SITE PREP DEMOLITION PROJECT

TOWN OF WEST NEW YORK HUDSON COUNTY, NEW JERSEY

The work to be performed under this contract includes the demolition of structures at 5715 Madison Street (Block 126, Lot 29), 5717 Madison Street (Block 126, Lot 28), and 5801 Madison Street (Block 126, Lot 27), West New York, New Jersey.

Principal items of work in the project include:

· L.S. Mobilization/Demobilization

· L.S. Soil Erosion and Sediment Control

· L.S. Structure Demolition (3 sites)

· L.S. Asbestos Abatement

· Allowance Environmental Remediation

The work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed within 90 calendar days of notice to proceed.
