specifications prepared by Pickering Firm, Inc., and contract stipulations thereof, within the time limit specified for

the price so stated below.

ACCEPTANCE

CONTRACT TIME

C. CONTRACTOR agrees to provide COUNTY an amount equal to 500 ($) Dollars per calendar day for

liquidated damages for each consecutive calendar day required for the completion of the contract

beyond the time stipulated.

CHANGES TO THE WORK

A. When Architect establishes that the method of valuation for Changes in the Work will be net cost plus a

percentage fee in accordance with General Conditions, our percentage fee will be:
