Summary

Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this electronic Invitation for Bid is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified proposer who will provide Well Abandonment McCarty Extension to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this Invitation for Bid . This is an existing 10" well that is currently flowing. This well needs to be abandoned following SFWMD procedures for well abandonment.

Background

This well is currently located inside an above ground impound that is difficult to get to with traditional equipment. The well is currently flowing and the exact diameter and depth is unknown.
