Description

This is the solicitation SPE602-25-R-0701 for the Supplemental annual bulk fuel procurement for the Inland/East/Gulf Coast/(IEG) Purchase Program. The fuel procured from this solicitation will cover various locations in the Inland/East/Gulf Coast region of the United States. The NAICS code for this procurement is 324110.

The Program's ordering period for all products is the date of award through March 31, 2025.The delivery period for all products is December 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025, plus a 30-day carryover period. The delivery methods will be Tanker, Barge, Truck, Railcar and Pipeline, FOB Destination.
