At that time, all bids that have been duly received will be publicly read aloud via Zoom Video Conferencing at:Meeting ID: 881 2628 2501Passcode: 385251This bid includes the following Work:Replacement of the Air Handler Unit (AHU), Chillers, and Pump Renewal at the Johnson County Northeast Office Building, including all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and all other items necessary to fully complete the Work.Copies of the Project Manual are available through IonWave at https://jocogov.ionwave.net/SourcingEvents.aspx?SourceType=1 or can be downloaded for a non-refundable fee online at https://projectbids.drexeltech.com in their eDistribution public jobs plan room; additional assistance is available at distribution@drexeltech.com .A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held at 2:00PM CT on June 4, 2026, at the Johnson County Northeast Office Building located at 6000 Lamar Avenue, Mission, Kansas 66202. Representation is required by General Contractors/Prime Contractors to be eligible to submit a bid. Please gather in Room 500.Technical questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted via IonWave no later than 5:00PM CT on June 10, 2026, to allow adequate time to issue an addendum, if needed.Bidders shall submit the following with their bid:- Bid Bond: Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Public Building Commission of Johnson County, Kansas.
