The City of Foster City is awarding up to two (2) contracts for the maintenance of traffic signals and lighting. One contract will be awarded for routine and on-call maintenance. The second contract will be awarded for only on-call maintenance. The City may opt to only award one contract.

Questions regarding the RFP can be emailed to azhou@fostercity.org until Friday, July 11, 2025. Responses are not guaranteed for questions received after July 11, 2025.

The City will receive electronic submittals of the Traffic Signal & Lighting Maintenance (FY 2025/26 – FY 2029/30) proposals until 2:00 P.M. on the due date of Wednesday, July 23, 2025. Proposals shall be submitted to azhou@fostercity.org
