Description: Request for Proposals for PRIMARY CLARIFIER POLYCHEM CHAIN AND FLIGHT EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION Proposal The City of St. Cloud, Minnesota is soliciting Request for Proposals from qualified vendors for Polychem chain and flight component replacement equipment (Phase 1) and installation (Phase 2) for an existing Primary Clarifier #4. Bidding parties have the option to bid either Phase 1, Phase 2 or both phases. Submission Requirements Site visits and/or questions shall be directed to Jacob Ethen , Wastewater Services Manager, by Thursday, March 5, 2026.
