Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH will receive sealed proposals until 2:00 PM (local time), March 26, 2025, for the Kodiak Island Borough Regional Solid Waste Management Plan. All work to be done under one Contractor as described in the Scope of Work. There will be a mandatory pre-proposal conference on March 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM (local time) that will be held via Zoom. Only registered proposers will receive a link for the pre-proposal meeting.
