Description: ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The CITY OF CLEVELAND is accepting sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials and services for the installation of railing at Tinsley Park.  Bids will be received until 1:00 PM, EST, July 23, 2026, at the Cleveland Municipal Building Council Room, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.  Any bid received after the date and time specified shall not be considered.
