Description: TOWN OF WESTFIELD 425 EAST BROAD STREET WESTFIELD, NEW JERSEY 07090 NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE MARKETING OF RECYCLABLE MATERIALS The Town of Westfield is requesting proposals to secure the services of a NJDEP Licensed Class A Recycling Facility to receive recyclables collected as part of our Residential curbside collection program in the Town of Westfield.
