Notes	OHA is seeking bids from qualified contractors for stormwater drainage improvements at two OHA locations in the city of Omaha. This IFB is divided into two lots: Lot 1 is at Frances Court Apartments located at 3706 Frances Court. Lot 2 is Park Villa Apartments located at 9455 Park Drive. Contractors may bid on one or both lots. OHA will be conduct an onsite pre-bid meeting at both locations the week of April 20th. We will send schedule details the week of April 13th. Please note the following estimated timeframes: Anticipated contract execution: 7/1/2026 Anticipated contract term: 6 months
