Project limits include Miramontes Avenue from Alsace Lorraine Avenue to the western cul-de-sac, Alsace Lorraine Avenue from Kelly Avenue to Valdez Avenue, Potter Avenue from Miramontes Avenue to Valdez Avenue, Granelli Avenues from the Second Avenue alley to Railroad Avenue, Myrtle Street from Third Avenue to Second Avenue, Second Avenue from Filbert Street intersection north to the mid-block between Filbert Street and Myrtle Steet, and Filbert Street from Second Avenue to Railroad Avenue.
