Notice is given that on Thursday April 16, 2026, at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and

publicly open separate sealed bids for South Garage HVAC Rebuild, Project Number 64101, Contract

Number 25P351.

The work of this project includes the demolition of existing mechanical equipment, cleaning existing

ductwork, and providing new mechanical equipment for the South Garage HVAC system as indicated in

the IFB documents.
