Project Description

Title: Construction of Secured Visitor Entrance, Security Operation Center and Building Enhancements

Ends: 06-Aug-2025

The St. Johns River Water Management District Headquarters (DHQ), located at 4049 Reid St. Palatka, FL, 32177, is searching for a Contractor to improve Building 2 existing foyer by: (1) creating a secured visitor entrance; (2) creating an adjacent Security Operations Center (SOC) designated space; and (3) installing blast mitigation film on DHQ Buildings 1 and 2.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference (on-site) is scheduled for July 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at:

• District Headquarters, 4049 Reid Street, Palatka FL 32177

The purpose of the pre-bid conference is to view the project area and to discuss the requirements of this solicitation. Participation is required to be eligible to submit a response to this solicitation.

The estimated budget for the project is $195,000.
