Project Description: Opportunity Home San Antonio is inviting independent contractors and/or professional firms to submit proposals for Redevelopment Consulting Services. including providing expert advisory and application preparation services for affordable housing redevelopment projects. These services include, but are not limited to, Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) and tax credit applications. The selected Consultant must align their services and ultimate outcome with Opportunity Home's mission and goals of developing advantageous and affordable income-based housing.
