Project Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC), invites your firm to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) to act as a legislative advocate on behalf of MTC with the U.S. Congress and executive branch of the federal government in Washington, D.C. MTC’s federal legislative advocate is expected to help deliver the federal portion of the agency’s legislative Advocacy Program, which is updated annually, as well as help achieving legislative outcomes and policy priorities that broadly support MTC and the Bay Area’s transportation interests.
