Description of Work:

This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. Note this posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP).

The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) intends to enter into a one-year agreement for annual licensing, hosting, and support with Wausau Financial Services/Deluxe Corp (Vendor) for their receipt processing solution. The software provides a system that allows DHS and other State agencies the ability to process millions of checks annually for DHS programs.

DHS has determined that Vendor is the sole provider of this software. The software is proprietary and is customized to provide specialty receipts for the DHS Financial Operations Division Receipt Center and seven other state agencies.
