Overview

Summary

The Wastewater Reclamation Facility (WRF) is soliciting for a qualified Contractor to assist with the replacement of the AR plate in Clarifier #1. Removal of the AR plate will chip and crack the concrete, so the Contractor will also need to repair the cracked concrete during the AR plate replacement. (Seals will not be reused and must be provided/installed by the Contractor during the AR plate replacement.)

Background

In 2023, when WRF took Clarifier #1 down to get a seal replaced the bottom AR plate, under the seal was in such bad shape that it needs to be replaced.

Pre-Bid Meeting (Mandatory):

The Mandatory Prebid Meeting will be held at the Wastewater Reclamation Facility Administration Building Conference Room, 1300 S. Queens Ave., Pueblo, CO 81001. Site visit to follow.
• Bidders are encouraged to bring the personnel that will actually be assigned to the project. Please limit to four (4) people per company.
• Bidders MUST bring their own cameras, notepads, tape measures, recording devices, etc. and take their own measurements, photos, and notes.
It is the Bidder’s responsibility to obtain all necessary information at the site visit.
