Notes	The City of Warner Robins is seeking proposals for the purchase and installation of slip-resistant flooring at Fire Station #8.  The flooring will be installed in the Apparatus Bay which is approximately 3,600 square feet. Flooring must be slip-resistant and capable of meeting the demands of a fire station, offering durability and minimal maintenance requirements.  Complete specifications and submission details are provided in Attachment #1: F-4660 Bid Package. A mandatory onsite Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 10:00 AM (ET) at Fire Station #8 (91 Victory Way, Bonaire, GA 31005).  To remain eligible for bid award, a minimum of one representative from the respective bidder must be in attendance promptly at the start of the meeting and remain present for the duration of the meeting. Each prospective bidder must upload and submit their bid with all required documents through the City's Ionwave procurement system by the designated date and time of Thursday, April 3, 2025 at 2:00 PM(ET). All questions pertaining to the project must be submitted through Ionwave by Monday, March 31, 2025 at 2:00 PM(ET). The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be the most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, value, availability, and other factors considered.  The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept, none, all, or any part of the bid and to waive all formalities.
