  Improvements for this project will generally consist of re-aligning North San Pedro Road upslope for a length of approximately 150 feet in San Rafael near Milepost 4.45. Work will include excavation of a portion of the hillside south of the road, construction of a soil nail wall, reconstruction of the roadway along the new alignment, guardrail installation and associated lane closures.
