The purpose of thissolicitation is to select a Consultant to perform engineering analysis, evaluatealternatives, and prepare final construction documents suitable for construction andpermitting in support of improvements intended to reduce seepage losses andenhance the efficiency and reliability of the ditch system.Section 4.0 of this solicitation outlines the project objectives, service deliveryexpectations, technical requirements, and applicable performance standards (Scopeof Services).
