Notes	GENERAL: Olathe Public Schools USD #233 (or the "District") is soliciting bids for Veeam Universal License Renewal. Bidders (also herein referred to as "Contractors") will execute and submit all bids in accordance with the attached instructions and Terms & Conditions, as well as the applicable provisions of the specifications. SCOPE: The District intends to contract for Veeam Universal Licenses as specified in the Items Items section of this RFB. Total coverage for this agreement will be one year; May 19, 2026 through May 18, 2027. Current contract number with Veeam is 02429743. **Contractor(s) shall certify that it is an Original Equipment Manufacturer ("OEM") Authorized Channel Partner as of the date of submission of their offer, and that it has the certification/specialization level required by the OEM to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with the applicable OEM certification/specialization requirements. Unless otherwise specified, Contractor shall warrant that all products bid are new and in their original packaging. The Contractor confirms to have sourced all OEM products submitted in this offer from the OEM or through OEM's Authorized Channels only, in accordance with all applicable laws and current OEM's applicable policies, at the time of purchase.**
