Synopsis	The District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DC Water) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the maintenance and repair of industrial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems located at various DC Water facilities. DC Water seeks a highly competent, experienced, and qualified contractor with a strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance principles, reliability-centered maintenance, and emergency response practices. The selected contractor shall ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards, local codes, and manufacturer recommendations.
