Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is pleased to provide this public notice regarding the solicitation of detailed proposals from Bidders interested in providing replacing the Facilities and required owner’s project management Support with a variety of tasks during the design permitting, subcontractor selection. The scope of this project management support will be for both preconstruction services and construction services.
