Scope of Services
The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation for the Cooling Tower Refurbishment located at the County Service Complex (CSC) - Merritt Island, 2575 North Courtenay Parkway, Merritt Island, Florida 32953. Work includes the removal and replacement of structural steel components, the existing cooling tower fill, the cooling tower fan motor, and the pump motors.
