Project Description: Executive Programs International Study Tour for the EMBA HCA Programs

Baruch College of the City University of New York (“University”) seeks a vendor to devise an international trip for the Zicklin School of Business Executive Programs EMBA HCA Programs to Johannesburg and Cape Town, South Africa, with an alternate trip to San Francisco and Silicon Valley, California if a trip to South Africa is not feasible. The Program Dates are June 6 – June 15, 2025.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Proposers must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience providing services of similar scope and scale as those identified in this solicitation. They should have extensive knowledge of the region in order to provide our students with a robust and quality program. Visits and speakers should be of highest quality.

Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University’s standard Terms and Conditions, Purchase Order, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (Appendix A).

  2. “Offerer’s Disclosure of Prior Non-Responsibility Determinations and Certification of Compliance with State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k”
