This project includes site work preparation for future hangar development. The scope of the project includes the following: Demolition of existing drainage features, Embankment and site grading for future development, Paving of apron area for future development, Installation of new drainage network, Associated Erosion and sediment control.

Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of not less than five (5) percent of the total amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price will be required for the successful Contractor.

The email must include the Bidder’s name and address in the body of the email. The Owner shall not be responsible for bids that are improperly submitted, misidentified, or not received due to email transmission errors.

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 120 calendar days after the date of receiving bids.
