Description: Cowlitz County is seeking bids for the procurement and construction of a 60' x 100' prefabricated steel building. Bids shall include permitting, purchasing of the building kit, site preparation, excavation, foundation, erection of the structure, utility installation, and project cleanup. No pre-bid job walk will be held, as the project site is open to the public for inspection.
