Deadline for Bid Submission is changed to February 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.2. Deadline for Bid questions to be answered is February 11, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.3. The District invites interested bidders to view all sites beginning at Edgewood ElementarySchool on February 10, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Site visits to each remaining school will followan order as determined by the District. Question: I want to confirm that the ADA compliant “Playaway Fiber Chips” fromLane Forest are an approved equal of the GT Impax Engineered Wood FiberChips?i. Response: Yes, these are a CPSC certified engineered wood fiber. Theyare also the most cost-effective wood chip solution. Lane Forest Productshas been providing these to us [4J] at $300 per unit blown in. Of course,that might change if they need to pay their drivers and operatorsprevailing wage due to overall project cost. The next mostcompetitive price point is Fiberex cedar chips from Redigs. these costabout 30% more.b. Question: Awbrey Park Elementary. Note 10/C120 States “INSPECT EXISTINGPAVEMENT. FILL ALL CRACKS AND APPLY SEAL COAT AS REQUIRED.” The area innote is undefined (points to the bus turn around but cuts a portion of it off) andthe note leaves the quantities of seal coat and crack seal up to interpretation.
