1	The Kentucky Board of Veterinary Examiners (KBVE or Board) seeks a qualified corporation, professional organization, or similar organization to assist the Board in running an impaired practitioners / wellness program. The qualified organization shall help promote early identification, and assist in the intervention, treatment, and rehabilitation of any credential holder or applicant who may be impaired due to illness, alcohol or drug abuse, or as a result of any physical or mental condition. KRS 321.237 directs the KBVE to establish a Veterinary Wellness Committee to undertake the functions of a wellness program.
