Scope of Services	SCPS is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk to renovate the campus within the construction budget to be determined. Included with the construction services will be the preconstruction effort to work with the Owner and Architect with prioritizing the scope of work based on cost and phasing strategy. Scope of Work: New Dining Facility and Renovations to Various Buildings at Sanford Middle School located at 1700 French Avenue, Sanford, FL 32771. SCPS is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk to provide full design and construction administration services for the interior renovations to buildings 1, 2, 11, 12, 13 which will include campus-wide fire alarm and HVAC improvements. Building 4 is the current dining facility that may be replaced on site with a new dining facility, and the existing Building 4 may be remodeled into new classroom spaces to include ESE suites (see exhibit A, page 6), and building 5 will be demolished. The construction work will need to be phased as this will remain an active campus.
